How It All Began

Greek Guys Souvlaki was created by longtime friends and industry veterans, Theodore Dranias and Anthony Vourliotis. After more than 30 years in the restaurant world, they combined their knowledge, passion, and shared Greek heritage to build a fast-casual concept that felt true to home. Their goal was simple: serve fresh Greek food with honest ingredients, smooth service, and a welcoming spirit. In 2022, that vision became reality in Fort Lauderdale.
